The result is a wine that is incredibly expressive of our terroir showcasing minerality and elegance. The Reserve is round and generous on both the palate and the nose where it shows floral elements, perfume, and hints of citrus blossom. The truly unique experience is the unexpected crisp and salty finish derived from our close proximity to the cold Atlantic Ocean.

The grapes were hand-picked between 22°B and 23°B in the early hours of the morning and whole bunch pressed. The juice is allowed to settle naturally over 12 hours. 100% barrel fermented in old French oak barrels with regular mixing to enhance the mouth feel. Fermented in French oak barrels Released 14 months after vintage.
